- Institutions are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions for data they upload or share.

- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and activities under your account.
- We may suspend access if we detect misuse or security risks.
4) Programs, events & certificates
- Program schedules, trainers, mode (online/offline/hybrid) may change for operational reasons.
- Certificates (if issued) depend on attendance/eligibility criteria specified for that program.

- Prices, taxes, and fees (including GST when applicable) will be shown at the time of payment.
- Refunds/cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
